ZFAT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFAT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,058 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-25P, RASL10A, and LRRC74A. Each is linked with ZFAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAT-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFAT versus RNU6-25P in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.76.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
