ZFAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,077 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENO2, TYMS, and CDC7. Each is linked with ZFAT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAT-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ENO2 grouped by ZFAT-low versus ZFAT-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
