Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZFAND6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZFAND6 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ZFAND6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZFAND6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, SKCM, and CHOL are the cancer types where ZFAND6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
