ZFAND6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFAND6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,415 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFAND6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IGF1R, NCL_S619, and AKAP13. Each is linked with ZFAND6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAND6-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAND6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFAND6 versus IGF1R in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFAND6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFAND6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
