Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFAND6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,504 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFAND6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Circadian sleep/wake cycle, Regulation of heterochromatin organization, and Endosome organization. Each is linked with ZFAND6 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAND6-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAND6 results are reported.
