Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZFAND5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZFAND5 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZFAND5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZFAND5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and ESCA are the cancer types where ZFAND5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
