ZFAND5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFAND5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,992 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFAND5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETV3, ELF1, and UBQLN1. Each is linked with ZFAND5 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAND5-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAND5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFAND5 versus ETV3 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFAND5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFAND5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
