ZFAND4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFAND4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,950 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFAND4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ERO1A, PHF1, and HDGFL3. Each is linked with ZFAND4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAND4-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAND4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFAND4 versus ERO1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFAND4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFAND4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
