ZFAND4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFAND4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFAND4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CABP5, KLHL40, and ZSWIM2. Each is linked with ZFAND4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAND4-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAND4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CABP5 grouped by ZFAND4-low versus ZFAND4-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFAND4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFAND4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
