Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFAND2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,041 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFAND2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHA6_S459, FKBP11, and PLEKHA6. Each is linked with ZFAND2B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAND2B-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAND2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFAND2B versus PLEKHA6_S459 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFAND2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFAND2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
