Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFAND2B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFAND2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Lck, and MEK1. Each is linked with ZFAND2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAND2B-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAND2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by ZFAND2B-low versus ZFAND2B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFAND2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFAND2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
