Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFAND2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,192 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFAND2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-arginine modification, Negative regulation of protein deubiquitination, and Protein-RNA covalent cross-linking repair. Each is linked with ZFAND2B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAND2B-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAND2B results are reported.
