The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ZFAND2A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZFAND2A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and CHOL are the cancer types where ZFAND2A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
