ZFAND2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFAND2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,009 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFAND2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, NAV3, and TTN. Each is linked with ZFAND2A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAND2A-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAND2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by ZFAND2A-low versus ZFAND2A-high in PAAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFAND2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFAND2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
