Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFAND2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,545 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFAND2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Protein targeting to ER, and Post-translational protein targeting to endoplasmic reticulum membrane. Each is linked with ZFAND2A in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAND2A-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAND2A results are reported.
