ZFAND1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFAND1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,690 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFAND1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCRIB, TAF2, and RBM12B. Each is linked with ZFAND1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAND1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFAND1 versus SCRIB in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFAND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFAND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
