ZFAND1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFAND1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,183 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFAND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNHG6, ENY2, and RPL7. Each is linked with ZFAND1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAND1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFAND1 versus SNHG6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFAND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFAND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
