Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFAND1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,063 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFAND1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to arsenite ion, Cellular response to arsenite ion, and Negative regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation. Each is linked with ZFAND1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAND1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAND1 results are reported.
