Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZER1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,630 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZER1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPA, BRD3, and TUBB4B. Each is linked with ZER1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZER1-to-partner and partner-to-ZER1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZER1 versus PTPA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
