ZER1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZER1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,207 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IDNK, BRD3OS, and MEGF9. Each is linked with ZER1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZER1-to-partner and partner-to-ZER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZER1 versus IDNK in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
