Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZER1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 240 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP5K, PRH2, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with ZER1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZER1-to-partner and partner-to-ZER1 results are reported.
