ZEB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZEB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,170 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZEB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SORBS3, C11orf96, and CNN3. Each is linked with ZEB1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZEB1-to-partner and partner-to-ZEB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZEB1 versus SORBS3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZEB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZEB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
