ZEB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZEB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,859 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZEB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LHFPL6, RECK, and JAM3. Each is linked with ZEB1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZEB1-to-partner and partner-to-ZEB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZEB1 versus LHFPL6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZEB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZEB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
