ZEB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZEB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZEB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bad_pS112, PCNA, and ASNS. Each is linked with ZEB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZEB1-to-partner and partner-to-ZEB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bad_pS112 grouped by ZEB1-low versus ZEB1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZEB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZEB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
