Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZEB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,137 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZEB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of microtubule depolymerization, Negative regulation of cytokine activity, and Regulation of white fat cell proliferation. Each is linked with ZEB1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZEB1-to-partner and partner-to-ZEB1 results are reported.
