ZDHHC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,992 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTNND1, TNKS1BP1, and MARK2. Each is linked with ZDHHC5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC5-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZDHHC5 versus CTNND1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
