Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,738 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZDHHC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNGR2, MAL2, and SH3RF2. Each is linked with ZDHHC5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC5-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZDHHC5 versus SYNGR2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
