Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,558 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZDHHC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL35AP3, SNX18P10, and MIR6859-3. Each is linked with ZDHHC5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC5-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL35AP3 grouped by ZDHHC5-low versus ZDHHC5-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
