The most reproducible ZDHHC5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nucleocytoplasmic transport, Vacuole organization, and Vacuolar transport. Each is linked with ZDHHC5 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC5-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC5 results are reported.
