ZDHHC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZDHHC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOD1, TKTL2, and TRIM36. Each is linked with ZDHHC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC5-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYOD1 grouped by ZDHHC5-low versus ZDHHC5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
