ZDHHC20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 870 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC20-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, HMGN2P32, and UBBP3. Each is linked with ZDHHC20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC20-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by ZDHHC20-low versus ZDHHC20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC20→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
