ZDHHC20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC20 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC20-associated genes across cancer lineages are Di-Ras3, MEK1, and MSH6. Each is linked with ZDHHC20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC20-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Di-Ras3 grouped by ZDHHC20-low versus ZDHHC20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC20→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
