ZDHHC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,888 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCM1, CCAR2, and ZDHHC2_S341. Each is linked with ZDHHC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC2-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZDHHC2 versus PCM1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
