Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,143 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZDHHC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCP1A, CWC25, and TMEM269. Each is linked with ZDHHC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC2-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCP1A grouped by ZDHHC2-low versus ZDHHC2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
