Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZDHHC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,456 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of postsynaptic membrane organization, Positive regulation of AMPA glutamate receptor clustering, and Regulation of postsynaptic membrane organization. Each is linked with ZDHHC2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC2-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC2 results are reported.
