Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZDHHC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,953 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZDHHC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are YAP1, EED, and POLD3. Each is linked with ZDHHC2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC2-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZDHHC2 versus YAP1 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
