ZDHHC18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,636 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THOC5, MYO1F, and ARHGAP45. Each is linked with ZDHHC18 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC18-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
