ZDHHC17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,542 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ABI2, PPP1R12A, and RPL7. Each is linked with ZDHHC17 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC17-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
