ZDHHC16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,506 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC16-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAKMIP1, SLAMF8, and SLBP. Each is linked with ZDHHC16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC16-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JAKMIP1 grouped by ZDHHC16-low versus ZDHHC16-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC16→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
