Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,237 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZDHHC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, MIR6089, and MCM3AP. Each is linked with ZDHHC14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC14-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by ZDHHC14-low versus ZDHHC14-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
