The most reproducible ZDHHC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, TFRC, and PCNA. Each is linked with ZDHHC14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC14-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC14 results are reported.
