Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZDHHC14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,639 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZDHHC14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of modification of postsynaptic structure, Regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, and Regulation of translational initiation. Each is linked with ZDHHC14 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC14-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of modification of postsynaptic structure grouped by ZDHHC14-low versus ZDHHC14-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
