ZDHHC14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZDHHC14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 108 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC38A8, KSR2, and LRIT2. Each is linked with ZDHHC14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC14-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC38A8 grouped by ZDHHC14-low versus ZDHHC14-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
