ZDHHC13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZDHHC13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,778 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC13-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBED5, PIK3C2A, and BTBD10. Each is linked with ZDHHC13 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC13-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZDHHC13 versus ZBED5 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
