ZDHHC13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZDHHC13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC13-associated genes across cancer lineages are CABCOCO1, OR5B17, and IQCF5. Each is linked with ZDHHC13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC13-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CABCOCO1 grouped by ZDHHC13-low versus ZDHHC13-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
