The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ZDHHC12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZDHHC12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and STAD are the cancer types where ZDHHC12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
