ZDHHC12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,825 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TDRD7, TOR1B, and TRAF2. Each is linked with ZDHHC12 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC12-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZDHHC12 versus TDRD7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
