Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZDHHC11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,945 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA transport, DNA topological change, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation. Each is linked with ZDHHC11 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC11-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC11 results are reported.
