Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZDHHC1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZDHHC1 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZDHHC1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZDHHC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC are the cancer types where ZDHHC1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
