ZDHHC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,483 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPPP3, APOL2, and DYNC2LI1. Each is linked with ZDHHC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC1-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZDHHC1 versus TPPP3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
